Our Terms, in Plain English

These terms are written in plain language to explain how Hively Websites works. They are not legal advice.

Month-to-month, no contract

Every plan is billed monthly. There is no long-term contract.

When you pay

We build your website first. Your first month is billed through PayPal only after you approve the finished site, then monthly after that.

Plans

Landing Page $59.99/month · 5-Page Website $99.99/month · Up to 10-Page Website $149.99/month.

Revisions before approval

You get 2 rounds of revisions on your preview before you approve it.

Preview expiry

Your preview link expires after 7 days if the site has not been approved.

Monthly edits

Each plan includes 1 free edit per month. An edit is a small change, such as updating text or swapping a photo. Extra edits are $25 each, billed by PayPal invoice or payment request before we make the change. Bigger changes, such as new pages or a redesign, are quoted separately.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime, with no fee:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Go to Settings, then Payments, then Automatic payments (PayPal may call it "Subscriptions and saved businesses").
3. Select Hively and click Cancel.

Prefer not to log in? Email support@hivelymedia.com and we'll cancel it for you. Your site stays live until the end of the month you've paid for, then goes offline.

Failed payments

If a monthly payment fails, PayPal retries it automatically. If payments fail for two billing cycles, the subscription is paused and your site may be taken offline until the balance is paid.

Refunds

We don't refund partial months. When you cancel, you keep your site until the end of the paid month.

Your domain

You buy and own your own domain name. Hively never owns it. We simply point it to your website.
